You will get an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing the order. Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note during holidays and sale time the delivery might take up to 10 days.

Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and the client is responsible for all the additional fees.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages or returned goods will not be paid by Wildkind Kids.

RETURNS

Wildkind Kids offers the customers a 14 days return policy and this includes also items bought on sale. The right to return is valid only for unused products in their original packaging and condition with their hanging tags intact. After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. Customer is also responsible of return's postage from abroad.  Shipping costs for returned goods will not be paid by Wildkind Kids. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We do not offer an exchange. Please make a new purchase and return the unwanted item.
